General Order Information

Please note: If you need to change or modify your order, please contact us at hello@aurora-mae.com within 2 hours of your order. We try to get shipments out the next day and once shipped we cannot change your order. 

We will only accept one coupon code per order.

Any items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more, do not qualify for a return. They are FINAL SALE

Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is $3.99. We do offer FREE shipping on orders that are over $50 within the United States. As of right now, we are not shipping out of the country.

Our goal is to get your shipment out as soon as possible, however; please allow 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped.

 

Aurora Mae is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.



WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time frame to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please send us an email ASAP to hello@aurora-mae.com we will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for full refund within 14 days of delivery. The refund will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges. Item must be postmarked by the 14th day to receive the full refund. 

Any items received after the 14 days, unfortunately, will not qualify for a refund.

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

When making a return, please include your order number and any notes via email to hello@aurora-mae.com as to why it is being returned.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

Please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return.

 

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities, we are not always guaranteed to get the same items back in stock. The two things we suggest are: 1)Purchase the right size/color that you need immediately if it is still in stock and once your item is sent to us, we will process the refund for the original item. 2) If the correct item is out of stock, email us at hello@aurora-mae.com and we can let you know if we are getting more of that item in stock. 

 

 

Defects or Problems With Your Order?

We inspect all of our items before they are shipped but if for any reason you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
